Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window We want you to love your ArcadeAce. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition (unused or gently used)
- In its original packaging with all accessories included
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
How to Request a Return Email us at arcadeacee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 24 business hours with return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at arcadeacee@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Legal Warranty In accordance with French and European consumer law, all products sold by ArcadeAce are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité). This warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformity with the product description.
