TERMS OF SALE

1. Scope These terms of sale apply to all purchases made on arcadeace.store by consumers located in the European Union.

2. Products Products are described as accurately as possible. In case of error or omission, ArcadeAce's liability shall be limited to the product price.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in [USD/EUR] inclusive of applicable VAT. ArcadeAce reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

4. Orders An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

5. Shipping Products are shipped from China. Delivery times are approximately 10–20 business days. For orders exceeding €150, customs duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. 7. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within [14] days of receiving the returned item.
